A seasoned human resources professional with 20 years of HR experience across multiple industries, Audrey Walker serves as vice president of human resources for TASC, where she leads a variety of functions to support and strengthen TASC’s statewide workforce.

Bringing a wealth of HR experience in nonprofit, consulting, and manufacturing sectors, Audrey joined TASC as HR director in 2007. Promoted to vice president in 2022, she has overall responsibility for effective human resources strategies in the areas of organizational development, compensation, performance management, compliance, employee engagement, talent management, and total rewards.

Prior to joining TASC, Audrey served as president/CEO of her own HR consulting firm and vice president of human resources for Chicago Youth Centers, where she led many efforts to transform the human resources function.

Audrey earned her BS in business administration from Chicago State University, and her MBA from Aurora University (Aurora, IL).
