Letecia Bynum is a seasoned finance executive with over a decade of experience leading financial strategy and operational performance across healthcare, nonprofit, and private sector organizations. She brings a dynamic blend of strategic leadership, financial acumen, and operational oversight, with a track record of managing multimillion-dollar budgets, and optimizing internal processes.

Prior to joining TASC she worked as Virtual CFO to multiple organizations; Letecia has provided end-to-end financial leadership—from budgeting and payroll to financial reporting and compliance. As Director of Finance at Chicago Family Health Center, she oversaw a $32 million annual budget and presented critical financial reports to executive board members, ensuring alignment with HRSA and UDS requirements. Her leadership extended to South Suburban Council, where she spearheaded operational restructuring and cross-departmental strategic planning across a $17 million enterprise.

With an MBA in Accounting & Finance, Letecia combines technical proficiency with strong interpersonal and organizational development skills. She is adept in systems such as Microsoft Dynamics GP, Kaufman Hall Axiom, and QuickBooks, and is experienced in managing grant-funded programs, contract compliance, and staff development initiatives.
